Cooper's Landing is a great place to have meetings. Our Gathering Room serves as a dining room, and meeting place for several non profit organizations. If your business or organization needs a unique place for your meetings give us a call to determine availability and let us know if you need special catering for food and drinks

The Gathering Room also serves as a recording studio. In the winter you can dine while participating in a live video recording session!You can keep track of upcoming recording sessions at the MoRivCC website.

Plates of Pad Pak Ruam Mitre, stir-fried mixed vegetables with chicken, pork or beef, are cooked to order for hungry visitors at Chim’s Thai Kitchen located at Cooper’s Landing on the bank of the Missouri River. A unique menu at a unique location!

Food at Cooper's Landing is seasonal, so naturally the menu varies.
Spring through Fall: grilled meats with side dishes of freshly harvested vegetables and salads

Smoked Chicken
Smoked Pork Spare Ribs
Smoked Beef Brisket
Grilled Hamburgers

Side orders include:

Fast Food Menu:
The store has many of your favorite quick foods of snacks, treats and drinks, ready for purchase all year long.

The coolers are filled with ice cold beer, wine coolers, sodas and bottled water. And, yes, there's even coffee on a hot summer day!

Summer BarBQ Specials:

We now serve Kansas City style smoked meats served with our own Boone County Blend BarBeQue sauce.
Smoked beef brisket, pork spare ribs and chicken quarter plates served with home made baked beans, creamy cole slaw and red potato salad and seasonal vegetables and fruits are available for $7 to $10.

Dining is available for large groups.

You cannot find another location which offers the variety of foods available at Cooper's Landing. Some of your group can eat Thai, others eat gourmet BarBQ.
We also serve hamburgers, brats, and all beef hot dogs.

You can reserve the Gathering Room for special occasions such as Retirement parties, Birthday Parties, meetings, seminars and more.

The Gathering Room is also popular as a place to watch sporting events and movies on our HD Big Screen TV while you eat exotic foods and enjoy your favorite beverage.
